A Kiss for a Kiss

New Tradition at Christmas: A Kiss for a Kiss
from the ADVENTure of Christmas, by Lisa Whelchel

Each day in December until Christmas, your children must give you a kiss on the cheek for their chocolate  kisses. My children say, "Can we do a kiss for a kiss, Mommy?"

Lay out a long length of plastic wrap on the table. Don't tear of off the roll yet.
Put one Hershey's chocolate kiss for each of your chilren in groups along the length of the plastic.
For example, if you have three children, each group should contain three kisses.

Fold the plastic wrap over the kisses, overlapping the sides. to make a long tube.

Tie curling ribbon between the groups of kisses.
Continue pulling out plastic and adding groups of kisses until you have made 25 groups.
Tie off the end with another piece of curling ribbon.

Each day in December until Christmas, ask your children for a kiss on the cheek
in exchange for a chocolate kiss. Just snip off one group each day.
You may want to put this on a stair rail, on a table top, strung on the tree,
but avoid heat sources, so you don't melt the chocolate.
Merry Christmas!
